What it is
Zensibly is subscription software for Indian retail traders who want to trade by their own rules. You connect your own broker account — Fyers, Zerodha, Dhan, Upstox, Angel One or Groww — using the API key your broker gives you. You set your limits: a maximum daily loss, a maximum number of trades, an entry cut-off time, position-size rules, cooling-off periods after losses. Zensibly watches your account and, when a limit you set is hit, exits your positions and locks you out for the period you chose. Zen Mode freezes your rules for the day the moment you take your first trade; God Mode also freezes your broker connections until the market closes.
Around that core sit the tools that make discipline measurable: a discipline score, a pre-market checklist with streaks, journaling, and P&L reports that reconcile every broker and can replay your rules over your own history to show what a limit would have done.
What it is not
Zensibly does not tell you what to trade. It has no tips, signals, strategies, scores of individual trades, or opinions on the market — and it never will, because the moment a tool does that it stops being a discipline tool and becomes advice. Zensibly is not registered with SEBI and does not need to be for what it does: it is software that executes your own instructions under your own broker credentials. It never holds your money or securities; those stay with your broker.
Who builds it
Zensibly is a product of BINARIFY LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 based in Bengaluru, India. It was built by a trader and software engineer after years of learning the expensive way that the problem was never the strategy — it was the ninth trade after the eighth loss. BINARIFY also runs an AI implementation practice; Zensibly is its consumer product.

How we make money
A flat subscription — Shield, Shield Pro or Shield Elite — billed monthly or annually. No commissions, no brokerage share, no referral fees from brokers, no data resale. Prices are on the pricing page.
Honest limits
Automated exits are best-effort. Brokers, exchanges, networks and SEBI's rules for API orders all sit between Zensibly and the market, and an exit can be late, partial or fail. On brokers without a kill-switch API, a lockout stops you trading through Zensibly but not through the broker's own app. We say this on every screen where it matters, in the Risk Disclaimer, and in our Terms, because a discipline tool that overstated itself would be the least disciplined thing of all.
Zensibly is software only. It is not registered with SEBI and does not provide investment advice. Trading in securities and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss.
